Radial Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Radial LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company ("Radial", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your use of the radial.to website, the Radial desktop app, the Radial Viewport browser extension, and Radial Cloud at app.radial.to, together the "Services". By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Who can use Radial

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you use Radial on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organization. Creating a Radial Cloud workspace for a company counts as using Radial on its behalf. Everyone who joins a workspace, and every guest who comments through a review link, must follow these Terms too.

The Services

Radial helps you build and maintain marketing websites with AI agents. The Services are:

• The Radial desktop app, which runs on your own machine and is free.
• Radial Viewport, a free browser extension for responsive-design preview.
• Radial Cloud at app.radial.to, a paid service where teams edit, review, and publish their marketing sites in the browser, with Radial's AI agent, live previews, comments, and optional hosting.
• radial.to, our website.

We are actively developing the Services and may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

Radial Cloud and some other features require an account. In Radial Cloud, you sign in with a 6-digit code we email you, or with Google or GitHub. You can create workspaces and join the ones you are invited to.

Everyone in a workspace has a role. Owners, admins, and editors can make changes. Reviewers can comment but not make changes. Your team can also invite guests through review links: a guest types only a name, can view the site's preview, and can comment. A guest's comments show their name followed by "(guest)".

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials and API tokens secure, and for all activity under your account, including activity through your API tokens. If you invite people to a workspace or share a review link, you are responsible for who you give access to. Tell us at support@radial.to if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Plans, billing, and refunds

The Radial desktop app and Radial Viewport are free. Radial Cloud is a paid service:

• Seats. Radial Cloud costs $39 per month for each editor seat. Owners, admins, and editors each take a seat; reviewers and guests are free. Seats follow your team: adding an editor adds a seat, and Stripe prorates the charge.
• Billing. We bill plans monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor, which handles your card details under its own terms.
• AI credit. Each seat includes $15 of AI credit per month. This allowance resets each billing period and does not roll over. We charge AI usage against your credit: Claude and GPT models at 1.5 times their provider's list price, and open models at our cost. When your credit runs out, the agent pauses until you add more.
• Credit packs. You can buy extra AI credit in packs of $20, $50, or $100. Pack credit does not expire.
• Free trial. New workspaces get a 14-day free trial with $15 of AI credit. You add a card to start it. The first charge happens when the trial ends, unless you cancel the plan before then.
• Automatic renewal. Plans renew automatically each month at the then-current price. You may cancel anytime in the billing portal. Canceling takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your plan keeps working until then.
• Refunds. Monthly payments and used AI credit are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. If we bill you by mistake, we refund the mistake. You can get a refund for an unused credit pack within 14 days of buying it by emailing support@radial.to.
• Taxes and price changes. Prices are exclusive of any taxes, which we may add where required by law. We may change our prices; any change applies to future billing periods after we give you reasonable notice.

Your content and your sites

You keep all rights to the projects, source code, websites, and other content you create with Radial. We claim no ownership of them. You are solely responsible for your content and your published sites, including having the rights to any material they contain, and that they comply with applicable law.

In Radial Cloud, GitHub is the source of truth: your code stays in your own repository. You connect GitHub by installing the Radial.to GitHub App, and you can limit it to the repositories you choose. Radial reads those repositories, runs each site on its own preview machine, and commits edits and the agent's changes back to your repository: first to a draft branch called radial/draft, then to the branches you publish to.

You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the Services for you, such as to run your site on a preview machine, to send your prompts and site code to AI model providers to do the work you ask for, to commit changes to your repository, and to host or transmit content you ask us to publish. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Hosting

If you choose, Radial Cloud hosts a workspace's static sites for you on Cloudflare, at radialsites.com addresses. You are responsible for the content of the sites we host for you. We may take down a hosted site that breaks the acceptable use rules below. If your plan ends, see Termination for what happens to hosted sites.

Coding agents and third-party services

The Radial desktop app works by driving coding agents that you install and sign into yourself, such as Claude Code or Codex. When you use them, your prompts and relevant project content are sent to the respective provider (for example, Anthropic or OpenAI) under your own account and their terms, the same as running those tools in a terminal.

In Radial Cloud, Radial's AI agent (Claude Code) runs on our machines. To do the work you ask for, it sends your prompt, the page, and the relevant site code to a model provider: Anthropic for Claude models, OpenAI for GPT models, or Cloudflare (Workers AI) for open models such as Kimi and GLM. We meter every model call and charge it against your AI credit.

You can also connect your own AI tools, such as Claude Code, Codex, or any MCP client, to Radial Cloud with a personal API token you create in Settings. A token acts as you, and you can turn it off at any time. Those tools run under your own accounts and their providers' terms.

Your use of any third-party service is between you and that provider, and we are not responsible for it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Services to break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• build, host, or distribute content that is unlawful or that you do not have the rights to use;
• put malware, phishing pages, spam, or illegal content on sites we host or on previews;
• use preview machines for anything other than working on your site, such as mining cryptocurrency or attacking other systems;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or the systems behind them;
• get around AI credit metering or usage limits;
• share an account to avoid paying for seats;
• reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Services, except as permitted by law or by us in writing;
• remove or obscure any proprietary notices in the Services.

Our intellectual property

The Services themselves (including the Radial software, Radial Cloud, the radial.to website, and the Radial name and logos) are owned by Radial LLC and protected by law. These Terms do not give you any right to our name, branding, or trademarks. Build and publish your own sites freely; we just ask that you not pass Radial's brand off as your own.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any output produced with coding agents, including Radial's AI agent, will be correct or suitable. You are responsible for reviewing your sites before you publish them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radial LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars if you paid us nothing.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Radial LLC harmless from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your content or sites (including sites we host for you), or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time, and you can cancel a Radial Cloud plan as described above. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that could create harm or legal risk for us or others.

A Radial Cloud plan ends when a cancellation takes effect, or if we cannot collect payment for it. When a plan ends, previews, edits, and the agent stop at once. Sites we host stay live for 14 days, then show a paused page until a plan starts again. Your code stays in your GitHub repository either way.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as content ownership, the disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Radial agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know. By continuing to use the Services after an update takes effect, you accept the revised Terms.
