Radial — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Radial LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company ("Radial", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your use of the radial.to website, the Radial desktop app, and the Radial Viewport browser extension, together the "Services". By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Who can use Radial

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you use Radial on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organization.

The Services

Radial is a local visual interface for designers to build and maintain marketing websites with coding agents. The Radial desktop app runs on your own machine; Radial Viewport is a free browser extension for responsive-design preview; and radial.to is our marketing and account website. We are actively developing the Services and may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us at support@radial.to if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Plans, billing, and refunds

• Free. Your first three sites are free, for any use, including client review. No payment details are required.
• Pro. Radial Pro is $149 per year and unlocks unlimited sites. It is billed annually in advance through our third-party payment processor, which handles your card details under its own terms.
• Automatic renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term, and you keep Pro access until then.
• Refunds. If Radial is not right for you, email support@radial.to within 30 days of your initial Pro purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable and cover the remainder of your current term.
• Taxes and price changes. Prices are exclusive of any taxes, which we may add where required by law. We may change our prices; any change applies to renewals after we give you reasonable notice.

Your content and your sites

You keep all rights to the projects, source code, and websites you create with Radial. We claim no ownership of them. You are solely responsible for your content and your published sites, including having the rights to any material they contain, and that they comply with applicable law. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the Services for you, such as to host or transmit content you ask us to publish.

Coding agents and third-party services

Radial works by driving coding agents that you install and sign into yourself, such as Claude Code or Codex. When you use them, your prompts and relevant project content are sent to the respective provider (for example, Anthropic or OpenAI) under your own account and their terms, the same as running those tools in a terminal. Your use of any third-party service is between you and that provider, and we are not responsible for it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Services to break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• build, host, or distribute content that is unlawful or that you do not have the rights to use;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or the systems behind them;
• reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Services, except as permitted by law or by us in writing;
• remove or obscure any proprietary notices in the Services.

Our intellectual property

The Services themselves (including the Radial software, the radial.to website, and the Radial name and logos) are owned by Radial LLC and protected by law. These Terms do not give you any right to our name, branding, or trademarks. Build and publish your own sites freely; we just ask that you not pass Radial's brand off as your own.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any output produced with coding agents will be correct or suitable. You are responsible for reviewing your sites before you publish them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radial LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars if you paid us nothing.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Radial LLC harmless from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your content or sites, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that could create harm or legal risk for us or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as content ownership, the disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Radial agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know. By continuing to use the Services after an update takes effect, you accept the revised Terms.
