Radial — Privacy Policy

Radial is a local visual interface for designers to build and maintain marketing websites with coding agents, operated by Radial LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company. We collect as little as possible: the only personal data we ask for is your email address, if you request early access. This page covers the radial.to website and the Radial desktop app.

The radial.to website

If you submit the early-access form, we store the email address you enter so we can contact you about Radial. It is kept in our email service (Loops), is never sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes, and is used for nothing besides early-access and product updates. Email support@radial.to any time to have your address removed.

The site keeps anonymous, cookieless analytics: page views and a few named events, such as clicking the download button, processed for us by PostHog and used only to improve Radial. No cookies are set and there is no cross-site tracking; a random anonymous ID lives in your browser’s local storage and is tied to nothing about you. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP addresses of requests) to operate the service.

The Radial desktop app

Radial runs locally on your machine. Your projects and source code stay on your computer; Radial does not upload them to us, and we operate no server that receives your code or browsing activity from the app.

Radial works by driving coding agents you install and sign into yourself (such as Claude Code or Codex). When you use those agents, your prompts and relevant project content are sent to the respective provider (Anthropic, OpenAI) under your own account and their privacy terms, the same as running those tools in a terminal. Radial adds no collection of your content on top.

The app does keep anonymous usage statistics so we can see where Radial works and where it fails: an event name (such as “project opened”), the app and macOS version, and a random install ID that identifies an installation, not a person. These events never include your code, file names, project names, prompts, URLs, or any client content. They are processed for us by PostHog, are used only to improve Radial, and are never sold or shared for anyone else’s purposes. A switch in the app’s settings turns them off; when it is off, the app sends nothing. The full list of events we record is published in the docs.

The Radial Viewport extension

Our free Chrome extension has its own policy; it collects nothing at all. See the Radial Viewport privacy policy.

Your rights

Ask and we will show you what we hold about you (at most: your email address), correct it, or delete it. There is nothing else to export.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes to how we handle early-access emails will be announced to that list before they take effect.
